Mix dough: Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour in the basin (to ensure that the pie skin tastes better) and mix dough, and simmer for another ten minutes2
Making apple stuffing: Peel the apples, remove the cores and dice them, place them in a pan and marinate them with sugar, boil them over high heat, add water starch when they are half soft, stir constantly (to avoid sticking to the pan), and remove them from the pan after boiling3
