Steps for Miso salmon

Coat the skinned salmon slices with a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the salmon slices in half. (Because I am making two flavors of salmon, I want to cut it most. I can also take two slices of salmon directly, so I can omit this step.)

Add flavor to water and stir well. (The amount of miso and water can be added according to your taste)

Do not put oil in the non-stick pan. Put the salmon into the pan, turn on a low heat, and fry slowly.

Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes, turning the whole process about 2 or 3 times.

Place the fried salmon on a plate, heat it in Miso microwave for 15-20 seconds, and slowly pour it on the salmon with a small spoon.
