It can treat diseases such as indigestion, gastric ulcer, antrum gastroenteritis, stomach pain, bloating and neurasthenia. However, if you are a patient with mild neurasthenia, eating Hericium erinaceus is a good adjuvant treatment. This is my own red-grilled monkey mushroom. I first soak the monkey mushroom in chicken soup, then stew it with pork belly, and then season and thicken it, so that the monkey mushroom absorbs enough of the broth, making its taste stronger and more delicious.
