Steps for Tea fragrance Yun Zhi spicy chicken neck

Wash the chicken neck and cut it into sections.

Prepare tea bags (because I used tea egg bags, which contained pepper, aniseed, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and other spices, I didn't prepare them again).

Cut the green onions into sections.

Pour water into the pan, add chicken neck, ingredients, green onions, appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, open fire and bring to a boil.

The chicken neck that has been marinated overnight is already very delicious. Heat the oil pan and add minced garlic to stir-fry it to give the garlic aroma.
