Steps for stir-fried pickled cabbage

Wash the pickled cabbage once to squeeze out the water.

Separate the fat and lean pork and slice it.

Shred green onions and chopped garlic.

Heat the oil pan to heat, add in the pork fat and stir-fry until it is oily (the excess oil can be taken out and left for cooking later), add in the lean meat and stir-fry until done.

Add shredded spring onions and saute garlic cloves until fragrant.

Add in sauerkraut and stir fry for three minutes.

Add a little light soy sauce, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, and serve chicken essence.
