Steps for Papaya coconut milk jelly

1
Ingredients: 8-10 grams of papaya, coconut milk, white sugar, agar.
2
Soak the agar in cold water for 5 minutes until soft and transparent.
3
Wash the surface of papaya, cut it horizontally about 5 cm down from the pedicle to expose the seeds inside, and carefully dig out all the seeds with a long-handled spoon.
4
Pour the coconut juice into the pan, cook over medium heat until it has just boiled, then turn off the heat, add soft sugar and stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
5
Remove the softened agar and control the water, place it into the coconut milk that has just been left off the heat, and gently stir to dissolve.
6
Put the pan in cold water and cool down with water. Pour the coconut milk that has dropped to room temperature into the hollowed papaya and keep the papaya upright.
7
Cover the melon stalks and place them in the refrigerator for two hours.
8
Remove the papaya and peel off the skin.
9
Cut and plate.
