Eight years abroad, I haven't eaten fat crabs for eight years.
From September of the first year to February of the second year is the season for eating sea rainbow in Germany. So I have to do it several times at this time to satisfy the craving for fresh seafood.
The sea rainbow also tastes delicious.

When the shell is almost open, pour in 150ml of stout beer. This is the dark beer I use, and it definitely tastes different from the others.

Wait for the wine to evaporate a little. Add water. Basically I missed all the sea rainbows. Then pour in the dry seasoning.

Add the cream. Depending on your taste, you can have more or less. Don't even want it at all. It will taste stronger if it has more. If you don't give it, it will be very light.6
