Steps for egg rolls

1
Beat the eggs into a bowl and add the seasoning according to the standard of adding 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a small pinch of salt to each egg. Here, I used 2 eggs, so I added 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 small pinch of salt, and then beat it up. Soften the butter and add it to the egg mixture and stir until smooth and free of particles.
2
Pour a little oil, shake the pan until the bottom of the pan is covered with oil, and pour 1/4 of the beaten egg liquid into the pan. Shake the pan until the bottom of the pan is covered with egg liquid.
3
When the surface of the egg liquid in the pot is about to solidify, use a pair of chopsticks to roll up the egg skin from the top of the pot and towards your chest to form a cylinder. Push the rolled egg roll to the top of the pan with chopsticks, then pour the egg liquid in the bowl into the pan (slightly less than the first time you poured), and then shake the pan to let the egg liquid spread over the empty bottom of the pan.
4
Turn off the heat to a minimum and make each egg roll have double layers! The fragrant butter omelet is complete!
