Steps for Leek Box

1
Wash the leeks, cool and dry for later use. Enlarge the flour into a plate, sprinkle with some salt, mix well, add 1 bowl of water and eggs, stir well with chopsticks, then knead into a smooth dough, cover and leave for half an hour.2
Prepare the filling when you wake up, cut the leeks into fine pieces, place them in a bowl, pour some peanut oil, a few drops of sesame oil, and pepper powder, and mix well. Chop the pork into minced meat, add salt, and season with a little soy sauce.3
After heating the oil, put the minced pork meat into the pan, divide it, stir fry it and serve. After cooling, add the chopped leeks and mix well to make the filling.
4
Divide the awakened dough into 4 parts, sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board, take a small part on the chopping board and roll it thin to form a round dough.
5
Place the chopped leeks on one side of the dough sheet, sprinkle with some salt, then fold in half, tighten the edges (to prevent leakage), and fold the edges into beautiful flowers like an oil corner.
6
Remove the pan and heat the oil, place the leek box in the pan, fry both sides until golden brown, and serve out of the pan.Leek Box Make Tips
For the filling of Chinese chive turnovers, aside from the main ingredient, chives, the supporting ingredients are up to you. You can pair them with eggs or pork, and even add bean sprouts or anything else you like.
