Steps for steamed bread

Mix flour and 1 tablespoon of salt well, rinse yeast powder with appropriate amount of warm water, and set aside.

Slowly pour yeast powder water into the flour, add appropriate amount of warm water when there is not enough water, knead into a moderately soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and waken for about 1 hour.

Waked dough.

Remove the awakened dough, add a handful of alkali flour and knead well.

After kneading evenly, rub it into a long strip.

Divide it evenly into several doses.

Rub the dough one by one to round.

Spread the steamer evenly with a layer of cooking oil.

Put the kneaded dough into the steamer one by one, cover it and wake up again until twice in size.

Twice awakened steamed buns.

Open fire, fill the fire, turn it to medium heat for 10 minutes, turn it off, and simmer it for another 5 minutes.
