Braised zucchini with roasted pork

One day, I was wandering in the market when my family MM called and said that she wanted to eat barbecued pork, so she quickly bought some back. When I got home, I said that I would go to my mother-in-law's house for dinner, which made the vegetables I bought have to be stuffed into the refrigerator. The barbecued pork didn't taste good after being frozen for a long time, so I took it out and stir-fried a zucchini the next day. Unexpectedly, it tasted good.
