    Wash the purchased crucian carp to remove scales and internal organs. Salt the carp inside and outside and marinate for 30 minutes.

    Put oil in the pan and fry both sides of the crucian carp to yellow, remove and set aside.

    Put water in the pan, add ginger and cooking wine to boil after the water boils.

    Put the radish into the pot, boil the water, and add the fish. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
