Baked silver cod with onions and peppers

There is still a piece of silver cod at home. Many of the pieces I bought before, but this is the only piece left. Eat it quickly. I fried it with onions and peppers. It's neither medium nor western, but it tastes very good. Add some black pepper powder and it tastes very delicious. It's good, hehe.

Steps for Baked silver cod with onions and peppers

Cut the silver cod into slices.

Cut the onions and peppers well for use.

Remove the oil pan and fry the silver cod.

Pan-fry the silver cod until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

Saute garlic until fragrant, add onions and peppers and saute until green.

Put the fried silver cod back into the pan, stir-fry well, add salt, soy sauce, and black pepper powder to adjust to taste.
