Steps for homemade yogurt

Choose fresh pure milk and a yogurt you like.

Pour appropriate amount of boiling water into the yogurt maker.

Soak the plastic bowl (including the cover) equipped in the yogurt machine in boiling water for 2-4 minutes and disinfect it, then pour the yogurt and pure milk into the bowl and stir well.

Cover the plastic bowl, be careful to cover it tightly, and put it into the yogurt. Then cover the lid of the yogurt maker and plug in the power supply. After 8-12 hours, the yogurt is ready. Remove and add sugar and stir well. Then put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate.
