  • instant coffee powder 4g

Steps for tiramisu

    Refrigerate the cream (use whipped cream) and the container used to whip the cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, rinse the instant coffee powder with boiling water, and let it dry to room temperature.

    Remove the cream and pour it into a whisking container. Use an egg beater to beat the cream at low speed and then high speed until it comes out of foam. Then add the white sugar in portions, and continue to stir with the egg beater until the white sugar is completely dissolved and the cream appears sticky.

    Cut the soft cheese (one that is easy to chop and melt with an egg beater; you cannot use a burger to slice cheese) into small pieces and add it to the whipped cream. Continue beating with the egg beater until the cheese is completely integrated into the cream.

    Beat until the cream is thick and mushy, then add egg yolks and stir well.

    Dip the biscuits in the coffee solution and spread them on the bottom of the glass. Then spread the cream paste on the biscuits. The thickness depends on your preference. Sprinkle another layer of cocoa powder on the cream, and sprinkle some nuts if you like.

    Repeat the above steps until the biscuits are used up and the cups are basically covered.

    Put the finished product in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
