    Put the wings into a pot, add the above ingredients (except pepper and pepper noodles), mix, and marinate well for about 3-6 hours. If you don't have hot sauce, you can use sweet flour paste and tomato sauce instead. Add a little water to the pepper and cook it over low heat until it boils. After it cools completely, add the pepper water to the mixture to make the chicken wings slightly numb (a friend told me this method).

    Place the marinated wings into a baking sheet and brush them with a little vegetable oil (to prevent the meat from becoming tight and dry). You can put some potato slices under the chicken wings.
