Steps for Moo Shu Pork

Prepare mushrooms, green garlic seedlings, eggs, meat, and fungus.

Chop the green onions and ginger, and slice the pork.

Wash the green garlic seedlings and cut them into sections.

Soak the mushrooms in hot water.
