Steps for Cold fungus

Ingredients: Black fungus, coriander, red pepper seasoning: onion, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, white sesame seeds, chicken powder

Wash the chives and coriander and cut into pieces; cut the fresh peppers into circles; chop the ginger and garlic into pieces for later use.

After soaking black fungus in cold water, cut off the roots and tear into small flowers; blanch in boiling water for 1 minute and remove.

Soak in ice water for 5 minutes to make it crispy.

Squeeze the black fungus dry and place it in a bowl. Mix the soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken powder, and sugar into a sauce. Sprinkle with coriander, chives, red pepper rings, and white sesame seeds and mix well.
