Take Li Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce, kiwei shrimp, salad oil, chicken essence, pepper, onion and garlic, and chop into minced ground.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into a wok and heat until 80% hot. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
