- milk powder 20g
- yeast powder 5g
- warm water 190ml
- edible oil 20ml
- baking soda 1ml
- white sugar 20g
- salt appropriate amount
Steps for fritters

1
Mix milk powder + white sugar + yeast powder well with 190ml of warm water.
2
Put the flour in a bowl.
3
First pour the yeast water into the flour and knead it into a dough, then add cooking oil to continue kneading.
4
After kneading, ferment for an hour.
5
Make dough twice as big.
6
Mix salt + baking soda, melt with 15ml of warm water, and knead the dough again with baking soda water. (It is best to rub the water into the dough several times)
7
Cover it with a protective film and continue to ferment, grow to twice the size, and use it the next morning. (You don't have to send noodles one day in advance. You can also send them on the same day, as long as there is enough time.)
8
Grease the chopping board, grease your hands, and press the dough into a rectangle on the chopping board.
9
Grease the knife and cut the large dough sheet into small strips.
10
Fold the two noodles together, flatten them, and use chopsticks to press them out in the middle. This is the processed dough stick blank.
11
Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot, add the dough sticks and fry it, and turn it over while frying.
12
The fried dough sticks are enough for the family for breakfast.
