Steps for sweet and sour pork ribs

Wash ribs and drain.

Add salt, cooking wine and corn flour to the ribs, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan at 70%, add the marinated ribs and fry them one by one, fry them until slightly yellow, remove them to control the oil.
