Today, on a whim, I wanted to make an improved version of sweet and sour pork ribs for my son to try.

Recipe Recommendations

  • ribs 400 grams
  • soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • sugar 2 tablespoons
  • salt 2 grams
  • cooking wine 1 scoop
  • cornflour 2 tablespoons
  • ketchup 1 scoop

    Wash ribs and drain.

    Add salt, cooking wine and corn flour to the ribs, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.

    Heat the oil in the pan at 70%, add the marinated ribs and fry them one by one, fry them until slightly yellow, remove them to control the oil.

    Fry again until golden brown and fish out.

    Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and water into a bowl to make juice.
