Steamed tuna with red dates
Tasha fish, a type of halibut, is not big and tastes okay. There are fresh and refrigerated ones sold in the market. The live ones will cost about twice the price. I bought two refrigerated ones, which are still relatively fresh. The stall owner said that steaming with red dates tastes good, so I gave it a try. I steamed it and tried it, and it tasted good. It was delicious with a hint of jujube aroma. It was delicious.
