Steps for Bolanzai

Peel the potatoes and wash them.

Use a sassafras to rub it in the basin.

A bowl of flour.

Pour in some first and stir well with the potatoes so that the potato chips are covered with flour and the potato chips are separated.

Put half a teaspoon of aniseed powder and 1 teaspoon of salt into the evenly stirred basin, and stir well. (Add according to your taste)
