Steps for Bacon and onion squares

1
Cut onions and bacon into fine powder respectively.
2
Put the bacon into the pan and stir fry over low heat until fragrant, then add the chopped onions and stir fry together. (You don't need to add oil when frying bacon because the bacon is oily enough)
3
After turning off heat, add black pepper to taste, let cool and set aside.
4
Stir unsalted butter, white oil, salt and fine sugar well with an egg beater, then add egg white and continue to mix well.
5
Add the sifted powder and gently mix with a rubber spatula.
6
Then mix in the ingredients from Method 2, grasp and knead with your hands to form a dough.
7
Place the dough on a table, roll it out into thin slices about 0.4 cm thick, and then cut it with a die.
8
Bake at 170℃ for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
9
When roasting, the fragrance wafts in, and many greedy cats wafts in... haha
