Steps for shredded noodles

Shred pork, chopped green onions, ginger and garlic.

Wash the cabbage and tear it with your hands.

Put the oil in the pan, add the onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine and soy sauce.

Add cabbage.
