shaqima

shaqima
Every time I go to a China supermarket with my husband, he is always the one who buys snacks. He always likes to buy junk food such as crisps, chips, and Shaqima. These are factory-processed foods and added with various spices, seasonings, and preservatives. I generally dare not eat them. Just do it yourself for the health of your family!

Turn on high heat to heat the pan and put in the oil. Heat the oil until 60% hot. Add the noodles and fry them until slightly yellow. Then pick up. (If you need to make a small Shaqima like my finished product, you need to break it into 2-3 cm pieces after frying.)

Find a deep-mouthed plate or container and brush with oil. Turn on high heat and put oil, water, and sugar into the pan and simmer in turn. Wait until the sugar water is boiled until the two chopsticks are stuck to the sugar water and can be shredded. Quickly pour sesame seeds, shredded red dates, raisins, and fried noodles into the pan and stir well. Pour them all into a greased plate while hot and firm. After cooling, cut quickly and you can start eating!
