Steps for Duck mixed green bean sprouts

Cut the pepper, green onion and ginger well for use.

Wash and cut the duck miscellaneous.

Drain boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes.

Wash bean sprouts.

Heat the pan with oil and saute the bean sprouts for 3 minutes.
