fried quail in oil
By NeldaMurray
In the morning, I saw many old ladies buying quail eggs in the vegetable market. When I saw that there was a cage of live quail eggs next to me, I wanted them to be fresh. I bought them and fried them to eat them. Not to mention how delicious they were

Steps for fried quail in oil

1
Wash the quails and chop them into small pieces (the four I bought had eggs in them, hey, so happy).
2
Cut ginger into thin threads, slice garlic, and cut Chaotian and green peppers into small circles (I can eat spicy food very well, so I chose the hottest millet peppers. If I don't eat very spicy ones, I can choose ordinary green and red peppers), wash the cinnamon ingredients.
3
Put the quail in the water for a short time, add half of the shredded ginger, and add a small amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
4
Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the remaining shredded ginger, garlic slices, aniseed, and cinnamon to choke the pan.
5
Add quail in a pan and fry in oil until it changes color. Add soy sauce (the color is more beautiful), salt, a bowl of bean paste, chop peppers, continue to stir for a while, and then add green and red peppers.
6
Add a small amount of water and simmer until the water is dry, add chicken essence, mix well, and plate.

The taste is salty and fresh, and the quail meat has no peculiar smell at all. It is very fragrant. It is stewed for a while to let the flavor of the seasoning enter the meat. Don't be afraid of the fishy smell and add a lot of spices. I just used a little shredded powder, but there is no taste. The photo was taken with a mobile phone and it's not very beautiful, but it's delicious, so don't mind this question.
