Now I only have time every weekend to get through my baking addiction. I can only make some simple and effortless small cakes such as cookies and cakes. Make this weekend--coconut jam cake.

- low powder 100 grams
- whipped cream 60 grams
- baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
- white sugar 15 grams
- butter 55 grams
- coconut appropriate amount
Steps for coconut jam crisp

Sift through low flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add sugar and butter.

Grab and mix with your hands.

Gently rub the butter and flour until loose.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes.
