Steps for Hot and sour konjac

Cut the konjac into thin slices and make an opening in the middle.

Then flip it over to the middle.

Blanch the carrot and green pepper with water.

Blanch the green peppers with water, drain the water, and place on a plate.

Then blanch the konjac in water to remove the alkali taste.
