Steps for Tuesday snacks

1
Crush the fresh yeast and place it in a large container.
2
Melt the butter, add milk and mix well. Set the temperature to 37 degrees.
3
First add about 100ML of butter milk and stir to melt the yeast.
4
Add the remaining butter milk, salt, sugar, eggs and flour.
5
Knead into a dough and knead for another 10 minutes to form a smooth dough.
6
Place it in a warm place and ferment until twice as large.
7
The fermented dough dissipates and knead it to its original appearance.
8
Divide into 12 equal parts and knead round. Place in a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
9
Fermented to twice the size and spread with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
10
Bake in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes. Place the baked bread on the grill and cover it with a covering cloth and let cool. Cold bread can be stored frozen for more than 3 months.
11
Cut off the top of the cooled bread and hollow it out a little (don't empty it, lest you stuff too much marzipan and it's too sweet).
12
Chop or rub the marzipan until shredded, add a little cream and mix well (I also add a little crumbs, or don't add them).
13
Fill in the bread.
14
Squeeze with whipped cream, cover the top of the previously cut bread, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
