3: Appropriate amount of rapeseed oil, cooked, hot, roughly smoking, temperature feeling relatively high. (Most of us eat rapeseed oil here, and fried meat dishes must use rapeseed oil, vegetables with lard, I don't know if other places are the same) with soybean oil and peanut oil should be similar.3
4: Pour in the beef jerky and stir fry, maintaining the heat of the stir-fry. When the beef jerky begins to change color and is slightly rolled, add a small amount of salt, pepper, cumin, and pepper while frying, and then turn off the heat slightly. When the pepper and cumin aroma are almost the same, add some chicken essence, and then add a little wine (Be careful, don't paste the peppers, and don't add any moisture substances that are unexpected to the wine during the process.
