egg patties
I originally wanted to make egg pancakes, a large egg pancakes. Unexpectedly, I put too much flour and the ingredients were a little thick. I fried them in the pan into small egg pancakes the size of sesame cakes. The taste is also good. Small accidents during the production process can also make delicious food, haha!

Steps for egg patties

1
First, cut the green onion into pieces, cut half of the sausage into small dices, and rub the carrots into mud.
2
Beat the 4 eggs in a bowl, making sure to beat for a while longer until there are no lumps.
3
Add the flour to the egg mixture and stir well.
4
Add fermented bean curd juice to the stirred batter, and according to my own taste, because there is no salt, I added two spoonfuls. I can taste the salty light myself. It is too salty and not delicious, because I will need to add sausage and other ingredients to taste it later. Add a little pepper and cooking oil (a little bit).
5
Put the prepared shredded green onions, sausage slices, and carrot puree into the batter and stir well.
6
Cut the remaining sausage into small slices.
7
Put a little oil in the pan to make sure the bottom of the pan is covered with oil. Don't put too much oil, because you need to replenish some oil after frying two to three pieces each time. Use a spoon to gently put the batter into the pan and fry over low heat.
8
Put two slices of sausage on the unfried side according to your own taste. I think two to three slices will be enough. If you put too much, it will be salty.
9
After frying for a while, turn over and fry immediately. The time must be grasped well. You can fry both sides repeatedly over low heat.
10
After frying, take it out of the pan, and master the tips of time. You can taste the first piece fried to control the heat and time. For me, the first small cake is always a test product, hehe.
