Pig skin is my favorite, and I like tofu. This time, one dish satisfies two tastes, haha.
That day, I saw pigskin for sale in the supermarket. It was very cheap, so I bought some. This thing is rich in gum and beautiful. Add some old tofu to the stew, which is particularly fragrant and delicious.
