Grilled melon with salmon bones

My father likes to eat the steamed fish I cooked and said that I steamed fish a bit well, hehe. However, I know that he likes to eat braised fish. It's delicious. Salmon bone fried melon does not have much meat. It is cooked with the cold melon. It is just right. The cold melon absorbs the taste of fish and is very delicious. I dedicated this dish to my father.

Wash the cold melons.

De-core and cut into slices.
