Steps for Glutinous rice banana balls

Heat the milk in the microwave, pour it into the glutinous rice flour, and add appropriate amount of white sugar.

Add appropriate amount of osmanthus sugar. Stir together well.

Mix the glutinous rice flour into dough.

Cut the banana into dice.

Add appropriate amount of diced bananas into glutinous rice bag.

Wrap it into small balls like making glutinous rice balls. (I don't make it round enough)

Stir the eggs well. (I added egg yolks because they will be golden when fried.) Put the glutinous rice balls into the egg mixture and cover them with it.
