Steps for white toast

Weigh 220g of high flour and 3 g of yeast powder, melt them in 130g of warm water, and let stand for 5 minutes

Pour the yeast aqueous solution into the high flour, knead it into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in a warm place for 90 minutes

After fermentation, pour all the ingredients in the main dough (except butter) into the middle dough and knead until smooth
