I bought a lot of mushrooms last week, but I stayed there because of a business trip. I wondered what new tricks I could use mushrooms to make, so I made this still simple mushroom pancake
Steps for Mushroom pancakes

Dice the mushrooms and cut the green onions into sections.

Add flour, water, and eggs and mix to form a thin paste.

Add salt, black pepper, and chicken essence to taste.

Put oil in a pan and heat it up.

Pour in the mixed mushroom paste.

Wait until the edges are slightly yellow, turn over and fry until golden brown.

When turning over, it often breaks down without a complete round shape. What I do is to first move the pancake to the plate, then buckle the pan on the plate, and then upside it down, and the pancake pulls down face down.
