Steps for Colored salad

Cut off the old roots of the mushrooms and break them into small portions. Soak black fungus and remove the old roots.

Wash the mushroom and black fungus and blanch them in water. Cut the fungus into thin threads.

Slice carrots and cucumbers thinly.

Put mushroom, shredded black fungus, shredded cucumber, and shredded carrot together, add appropriate amount of vinegar, chili oil (heat the oil and pour it into chili powder), salt, chicken essence, sugar (according to your taste), and sesame oil.
