Steps for Seaweed and pretzels home-cooked pancakes

1
Add the flour to warm water and make a soft dough. Put it into a container, cover with a damp cloth, and soak for 10 minutes.
2
Soak the laver in water, squeeze dry, add chopped green onion, salt, pepper powder, sesame seeds, and vegetable oil, and mix.
3
Mix the seasonings well and set aside.
4
Sprinkle thin dough on the chopping board, roll out the dough into a dough sheet about 2cc thick, and evenly spread the seaweed, salt and pepper filling on top.
5
Use a knife to cut the radius of the dough sheet.
6
Roll up along the radius to form a cone.
7
Tighten the neck.
8
Hold one end in each hand, twist it, and press it flat to form a round cake shape. Then use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake with a thickness of about 0.5cm.
9
Put the oil in the pan, turn the dough into the pan, turn on low heat, and fry until golden yellow on both sides.
10
Cut it open and you can eat it.
