Boiled cod in curry
By TodKshlerin
My colleague's wife is a returned overseas Chinese from Indonesia. She has some Indonesian condiments at home. She knows that I like to cook, so she sometimes brings some for me to try. I brought a few bags over that day and explained how to do it. Later, when it was time to do it, I didn't remember anything. Haha, I'm old. Anyway, it's seasoning, how can you make it, as long as it tastes delicious, right? Hehe (comfort myself)! Today, I took a pack of light curry seasoning to cook. When I was about to cook it, I found that it was really light. There was only the aroma of curry and no spicy taste. The curry was neither spicy nor delicious, so I quickly added some chili oil and other seasonings to make it taste better.
