Steps for Sichuan-style bean sprouts

Wash bean sprouts and set aside.

Slice garlic, cut green onions into sections, cut dried peppers into sections, and wash pepper for later use.

Pour bean sprouts into a boiling water pot and heat them until soft, remove them from the pot and drain them into water.
