Steps for Spicy fish slices

Remove the fish slices first.

Slice the fish with a slanting knife.

Add pepper powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt to the sliced fish slices and grasp well. Add a little cornflour and grasp well. Finally, add a little oil and grasp well.

Cut parsley into sections, slice red pepper into slices, set aside.

Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger into sections, cut the dried peppers into sections, and wash the pepper for later use.
