Steps for Baobao Fish Cake

1
Prepare 2 potatoes, 1 canned tuna fish, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, and cook them in water.
2
Press the potatoes into a puree, add the drained tuna, spring onions, butter and appropriate amount of black pepper. The fish itself is salty, and so is the pasta, so there is no need to add salt.
3
Halve all ingredients evenly, take a small part and knead them into a ball, and flatten them into a hamburger shape.
4
Beat the eggs and prepare the bread flour.
5
Dip the fish cake in the egg liquid first, then roll with bread flour.
6
Put a little oil in a frying pan, heat it, turn to low heat, add the fish cake on both sides and fry until golden brown.
7
Remove the fish cake and place it on a kitchen napkin to absorb oil.
