I am an out-and-out Zhanjiang native. My mother will make white-cut chicken every holiday and worship! Now I will share with you the white-cut chicken I have eaten for more than 20 years!!
The authentic Zhanjiang chicken is selected from the farmhouse chickens that grew up eating rice and grass in Xinyi County, Zhanjiang. The growth rate is slow. This kind of chicken meat has strong fiber and easily accumulates nutrients. The cooked chicken has a golden and oily appearance, a smooth skin at the entrance, and a rich aroma!
Zhanjiang chicken is very easy to make. If you want to eat some authentic chicken, you might as well try it! It's delicious!
