Steps for Ran ecstasy meat

Wash and drain the meat, marinate it with salt for later use. It is best to marinate it one day in advance to make it more delicious. Buying meat is very important, so you must buy meat head. Only then can the barbecued pork be delicious. Other parts of the meat are not as good as the meat head.

There are three ingredients for making barbecued pork: soy sauce, ginger, and red slices of sugar. Be sure to put red slices of sugar, because it is more colorful and tastes better than putting other sugars.

Put some oil in the frying pan first, saute the ginger until fragrant, then add the meat and fry it slowly.

Fry the meat until slightly golden. Don't fry it too dry, or the meat will shrink by at least half.
