Ingredients: fish skin, green pepper, red pepper.

Peel green pepper and garlic cloves; remove white tendons from red pepper and cut into slices and soak in water for a while to remove the spicy flavor.

Boil water in the pot, scalm the fish skin and pick up for later use.
