Crispy duck legs in sauce

Steps for Crispy duck legs in sauce

Wash the duck legs, and mix the soy sauce with clear water into miso soup for later use.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a wok and add white sugar.

Stir fry over low heat until the sugar melts and turns red in sauce.

Pour in the cooking wine quickly (to cool the sugar to prevent it from getting burnt).

Then add green onions, ginger, aniseed, and cinnamon to stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in soy sauce and miso soup.

Add the duck legs, bring to a boil over high heat, and turn to low heat until the duck legs are cooked.

Remove the cooked duck legs.

Wrap in dry starch.

Put in oil pan and fry until the skin is crispy.
