Steps for Rice with lentils and chicken legs

Set aside chicken legs, carrots, lentils, and shallot.

Cut the chicken leg into pieces and blanch it in water. Dice carrots and set aside.

Wash the lentils and set aside.

Heat the oil, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir well.

Add wine and appropriate soy sauce.
