Steps for Pork and corn dumplings

Put 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce into the pork meat paste, a little salt and white pepper and mix well.

Add 150ML of water in several times and stir vigorously in one direction.

Grind the carrots into thin threads with the fine holes in the wiper.

Add in the meat filling and mix well.

Cut the cabbage into fine cubes and marinate with a little salt for 10 minutes.

Squeeze dry water and add to the meat filling, while adding corn and mixing well. Add oil, salt, garlic powder and white pepper to taste. Let stand for half an hour.

Add salt and appropriate water to the flour and knead it into a soft dough. Let stand for half an hour.

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into doses.

Roll it into a round sheet with a thin outer layer and a slightly thicker middle.

Add the stuffing and make dumplings.

Put a little oil in the pan and heat it up, and discharge it into the dumplings. When you hear the oil start to crackle, add 100ML of water.

Cover and turn the heat to medium range (my stove is on gear 6, I set it to gear 3).

When the water is basically dry, remove the lid and fry the dumplings over medium heat until the bottom of the dumplings is browned.
